Not reliance on us. There will always be a need for external expertise and consulting in organizations. However, we recognize that nothing can replace an internal-consultant's understanding and familiarity with their own organization. Thus, it is critical that individuals in OD and HR are provided with the tools and services that allow them to be better internal consultants, not reliant on external providers.
